Art Mail is Winsor & Newton’s global watercolour campaign for 2026. It’s an ambitious global celebration of creativity and community; our goal is to bring together as many postcard artworks as possible. These will be showcased in a global online gallery and through physical exhibitions in New York and London.

Starting this spring, receive a free Art Mail Postcard Pack with qualifying Winsor & Newton watercolour purchases in selected stores or at winsornewton.com.

• In-store: Pick up your pack with your purchase, whilst stocks last. Stores will be joining the campaign from spring until Autumn, so check in with your local retailers to see when they will be available. 
• Online: Your pack will be included with your order, whilst stocks last 

Minimum spend of €19 applies.

Each pack includes: 

• 1 Free Post entry postcard 
• 2 collectible souvenir cards 
• 15 blank watercolour postcards

Eligible products include selected core watercolour ranges and complementary categories, such as

• Professional and Cotman Watercolours 
• Watercolour Brushes and Papers 
• Promarker Watercolour 
• Watercolour pencils 
• Designers Gouache

The campaign runs from: 

2 April 2026 (00:00 GMT) to 30 September 2026 (23:59 GMT) 

Entries submitted outside of this period will not be entered into the global gallery

• The campaign is open worldwide 
• If you are under 18, you may enter with parent or guardian permission (however, you are not eligible for the prize draw)

1. Create your artwork on the official pre-addressed postcard included in your pack 
2. Register your entry before posting by either: 

• Scanning the QR code, or 
• Visiting https://www.winsornewton.com/pages/artmail

1. Enter the unique 6-digit code printed on the back of your postcard 
2. Mail your postcard - no stamp required 

Once we’ve received your postcard and uploaded it to the online gallery, you’ll receive an email directing you to view your entry. 

You may submit multiple entries, but each submission must be original and unique.

Yes. Your entry must: 

• Be your original work 
• Not infringe third-party rights 
• Not contain offensive, illegal, or inappropriate material 
• Be created with Winsor & Newton watercolour products 

Entries that do not meet these requirements may be disqualified. 

Yes. You can mail your postcard to us from anywhere in the world free of charge. 

While we’ll do our best to receive every submission, Winsor & Newton cannot be responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected entries, or for postal or technical issues beyond our control.

Eligible entries will be featured in the Art Mail Online Gallery on https://www.winsornewton.com/pages/global-online-gallery. 

You’ll receive an email notification once your postcard has been received and uploaded.

Selected postcards may be included in a global exhibition planned for New York and London. 

Some postcards may also be sold to raise funds for our charity partner, Hospital Rooms, supporting its mission to transform mental health spaces through creativity.

No. All postcards are retained by the organiser and cannot be returned.

There are 100 prizes available: 

Each prize consists of one of either Winsor & Newton Professional Watercolour Set (6 x 5ml), or Winsor & Newton Cotman Pocket Set 

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
